To temporarily remove a slide from your presentation, go to <emph>Slide Sorter</emph>, right-click the slide, and then choose <emph>Show/Hide Slide</emph>. The number of the hidden slide is crossed out. To show the slide, right-click the slide, and then choose <emph>Show/Hide Slide</emph>.

When you first switch to Slide Sorter, press <item type="keycode">Enter</item> to change the keyboard focus to the workspace. Otherwise, press <item type="keycode">F6</item> to navigate to the workspace, and then press <item type="keycode">Enter</item>.
Kun ensimmäiseksi vaihdetaan diojen lajitteluun, painetaan <item type="keycode">Enter</item>-näppäintä kohdistuksen siirtämiseksi työtilaan. Muutoin painetaan <item type="keycode">F6</item>-näppäintä työtilassa siirtymisiin ja sitten painetaan <item type="keycode">Enter</item>.
