If you want to define a relation among the various tables, you should enter a <link href="text/shared/00/00000005.xhp#primaerschluessel" name="primary key">primary key</link> that uniquely identifies a data field of an existing table. You can refer to the primary key from other tables to access the data of this table. All data fields referring to this primary key will be identified as a foreign key.
Se quiser definir uma relação entre tabelas diferentes, deverá introduzir uma <link href="text/shared/00/00000005.xhp#primaerschluessel" name="primary key">chave primária</link> que identifique um campo de dados da tabela existente de forma clara. Pode fazer referência à chave primária a partir de outras tabelas para aceder aos dados desta tabela. Todos os campos de dados que se refiram a esta chave primária serão identificados como uma chave externa.

When you choose <emph>Tools - Relationships</emph>, a window opens in which all the existing relationships between the tables of the current database are shown. If no relationships have been defined, or if you want to relate other tables of the database to each other, then click on the <emph>Add Tables</emph> icon. The <link href="text/shared/02/14020100.xhp" name="Add Tables">Add Tables</link> dialog opens in which you can select the tables with which to create a relation.
Ao escolher <emph>Ferramentas - Relações</emph>, é aberta uma janela onde são exibidas todas as relações existentes entre as tabelas da base de dados atual. Se não tiverem sido definidas quaisquer relações ou se pretender estabelecer relações entre outras tabelas da base de dados, clique no ícone <emph>Adicionar tabelas</emph>. A caixa de diálogo <link href="text/shared/02/14020100.xhp" name="Add Tables">Adicionar tabelas</link> abre, e nela pode ser efetuada a seleção das tabelas que pretender.
